READING TIME 6 MINUTES
An information assistant to support and help veterans and their families in the Lviv community.
challenge
According to data, there will be 5–6 million veterans and their families after the war ends. The majority of them will require legal and psychological support, assistance with job hunting, medical treatment, rehabilitation, and transitioning back to civilian life.
solution
We created an informational assistant designed to accompany and support veterans with their specific life needs. The Veteran Assistant is knowledgeable about all active programs and services available for male and female veterans, as well as their families, within the Lviv community: spanning from support and benefits to education, healthcare, and development opportunities.
result
The bot has already conducted hundreds of consultations for veterans.
"As next steps, we want to enable interactive functionality so that a veteran wouldn't just ask how to obtain, for example, combatant status, but could simply write that they need it. The system should then automatically access all registries, file all necessary applications on behalf of the veteran, and simply deliver the final result."
