DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING POLICY

This Data Collection and Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") defines the procedure for processing and protecting the personal data of users of the website gloozd.agency(hereinafter referred to as the "Website").

We respect the privacy of your information. This document has been developed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and incorporates the core principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2.1. Data you provide voluntarily: We record information that you enter into feedback forms, consultation request forms, subscriptions, as well as information that you independently and voluntarily enter during text communication with our interactive AI agent (chatbot) on the Website. This includes:

  • First name and last name;
  • Business email address;
  • Phone number;
  • Job title;
  • Company name;
  • Any other details regarding your business, current tasks, or requests that you choose to disclose to our AI agent or manager during the dialogue.

2.2. Data collected automatically: When you visit the Website, the system may automatically collect technical data via cookies and analytical systems: IP address, geolocation (country/city), browser type and language, operating system, time and duration of the visit, and history of interaction with the Website interface.

3. Purposes and Legal Basis for Data Processing

LLC "!FESTCloud.ai" processes your data for the following purposes:

  • Establishing contact and communication: processing your requests, messages, and questions submitted via contact forms or sent to the AI chat.
  • Pre-contractual relations (B2B): preparing individual commercial offers, presentations, and discussing the terms of future contracts for the implementation of Data & AI solutions or Google Cloud licensing.
  • Internal analytics and service improvement: analyzing the history of dialogues with the AI agent (in an anonymized or aggregated form) to improve the quality of client service, optimize our Website's artificial intelligence algorithms, and research audience interests.
  • Marketing: sending news, useful materials, case studies, and special offers (subject to your prior consent only).

Legal basis for processing: the consent of the personal data subject (expressed by filling out forms, voluntarily entering data into the AI chat, and accepting this Policy); the necessity to take steps prior to entering into a contract; the legitimate interest of the Company (ensuring the cybersecurity of the Website, traffic analysis, and improving our own AI technologies).

4. Specifics of Data Processing in the AI Agent and Data & AI Projects

  • Interaction with the AI chatbot: By communicating with the AI agent on our Website, you act of your own free will and acknowledge that all provided information is recorded by the system. The Company guarantees that the dialogue history is processed within a secure perimeter (using Google Cloud infrastructure) and is not transferred to third-party organizations, nor is it used to train public or open commercial artificial intelligence models.
  • Security Recommendation: Since this Website is exclusively a marketing and informational platform, we strongly recommend not entering confidential trade secrets, internal financial reports, passwords, or personal data of third parties (such as your clients) into the AI chat.
  • Separation from Client Projects: The processing, security, and confidentiality of your core business operational data within future cooperation, model development, or use of the Google Cloud Platform are governed exclusively by separate bilateral agreements concluded with each client individually prior to the start of work.

5. Data Transfer to Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be accessible to:

  • Our technical contractors and trusted cloud/analytical services (e.g., Google Analytics) solely to ensure the proper functioning of the Website and the AI chat.
  • Public authorities, if the obligation for such transfer is provided by the applicable legislation of Ukraine or international law.

6. Data Retention Period

We store your personal data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes specified in this Policy (for example, for the duration of business negotiations) or until you withdraw your consent to data processing. Data from the AI chat used for analytics and algorithm improvement is stored in a depersonalized (anonymized) form, making it impossible to identify your person.

7. User Rights

You possess all the rights provided by Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the core provisions of the GDPR, including the right to:

  • Know the sources of collection, location of your data, and the purpose of its processing;
  • Obtain information regarding the conditions for granting access to data to third parties;
  • Access your personal data, as well as demand its correction, update, or erasure;
  • Object to the processing of your personal data or demand restrictions on its processing;
  • Withdraw consent to data processing at any time.
